This appraisal is extremely unprofessional, can not property schedule appointments. Schedule 2 appointments and NEVER showed up for either. Called at time of appointment for the 1st one to cancel. Called after appointment time for the second appointment said he would be 3 hours late. They when I agreed his assistant called back to say he won’t come at all and will send Appraisal order back to the lender.for reassignment. He should not be taking appraisals so far from his home base especiall y if he can not keep a proper schedule.. I seriously doubt his ability to give fair value at such a distance.
