Poor Work
I wouldnt repurchase a home from Gina Briscoe. We recently purchased a home and there are so many places that cheap work was done. The walls arent properly insulated, they use cheap products, they use particle board for EVERYTHING, and then things creep up on you. Their wiring also was done poorly. Look at the fuse box and check that all items are accounted for. The work they do is all bandaid work and then something goes wrong or something exposes the truth and you have to pay big buck for a contractor. Im very disappointed in their work!! Both Gina and husband Garth!! And please notice that you cannot find reviews for them or their business on facebook and any other websites.... Bad!
